Sen. Eteng is a first-term serving senator representing Cross River Central senatorial district in the 10th Assembly under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) platform.  Sen. Williams had served in various legislative capacities such a; Speaker of the 9th Cross River State House of Assembly (CRSHA) and the Member Representing Yakurr II State Constituency at the State Legislature under the Platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP0, Deputy Leader of the House, Chairman House Committee on Finance and Appropriation to mention a few.
