Hon. Garba-Uba is currently serving as a first-term member representing Ngaski/Shanga/Yauri Federal Constituency in the 10th House of Representatives uner the platform of the All Progressives Party (APC). He clinched his ticket on the re-run elections conducted in Kebbi state to replace Hon. Tanko Sununu who has now been appoint as a minister in President Tinunus's executive cabinet.
