Born September 3, 1971 in Otolo, Anambra State. He is a second-time lawmaker, currently serving as Senator representing Anambra South under the platform of Young Progressive Party (YPP). Senator Ubah lost the Anambra State gubernatorial election in 2014 under the platform of Labour Party (LP). He is a successful businessman and entrepreneur and the CEO of Capital Oil (CCO).
