Hon. Satomi Alhaji Ahmad was born on Febraury 21st 1981, in Borno State. Hon. Mohammed is a two-term Member of the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly, representing the Jere Federal Constituency of Borno State on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC). Hon. Satomi had his education from the University of Maiduguri where he graduated with BEng in Civil and Water Resources Engineering and MSc in Highway and Transportation Engineering. Before his election to the 9th-10th Assembly, Hon. Satomi served as the chairman of the State Emergency Management Agency and head of Borno State Road Maintenance Agency in 2009.
