Hon. Marie is serving as a first-term Member of the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly, representing the Brass/Nembe Federal Constituency of Bayelsa State on the platform of the People Democratic Party (PDP). Hon. Marie has servedpreviously as a commissioner for transport in the government of Governor Seriake Dickson (2012-2015). She also served as the coordinator of PDP Unity Group, PUG.
